Is 90L a Texas storm?

Or any storm at all. I think it has a chance once it gets into some moisture. I now belive this system will track west and effect Texas.

It all depends on how long it takes to get its act together. The longer it takes the further west it will come. I don't think it is going anywhere anytime soon.
