Did anyone see Al Franken on Letterman?

I watched part of it. He seems to enjoy the spotlight too much. Letterman played with him a little by poking fun at something he said or did, and Franken did not like it. He definitely takes himself too seriously. He reeled off a lot of criticisms of Bush (which I expected). He is extremely sarcastic, but not funny at all.
That's my take on Franken.
