I used to Joshua, and in fact, have a coin similar to this one, framed and authentisized. I will try to take a pic tonight and post it tomorrow for comparison. My Dad was the collector, I simply inherited what was left of his collection, and eventually sold most. (My Grandmother actually had two 1955 double struck lincolns that somehow managed to dissapear while she was being cared for by her daughters :().

These type of coins I always considered a novelty of sorts, and most collectors are not interested in buying them.

I do believe my Mom bought this for my Dad and paid something like $500 for it.

I have "old coins", but not like that. My Grandfather got my brothers and I started with coin and stamp collecting. :D

I do!! Most of my coins aren't that old...

But I do have an 1808 coin, and a 1898 XF-40 5 dollar Gold coin worth over 1000 dollars.
