GFDL Question...runs conflict
If you look at the GFDL 91L forecast 84 hours out, you get a Hurricane approaching Panama City, Fla but no hurricane in the Carribbean http://bricker.met.psu.edu/trop-cgi/gfd ... hour=084hr . If you look at the GFDL for 84 hours out on 93L, you find a cane South of Cuba but nothing near Panama City http://bricker.met.psu.edu/trop-cgi/gfd ... hour=084hr . Why is this??

91L was the 6Z version of the model...the link you posted for 93L was the 00Z from last night.
So they are two different runs with 2 different verify times for 84 hours. That's probably the difference...

I thought it was showing two different runs on two different systems. 91L is the one in the gom.and 93L is the one that is coming into the e caribbean, which by the way looking at surfarce reports and ramasis sat picture clearly shows a spin, and excellent banding, this could already be Bonnie.
