Which Arguement is Correct?

#1 Postby chris_fit » Wed Aug 11, 2004 11:27 am

Since Charlie is farther to the south than expected.... most of the local mets say because of that, and that it slowed down, it will turn north SOONER and make landfall farther south/east.
Another arguement is that since it's south and west of what was predicted.... that it will make landfall farther north/west than what's predicted.

Opinions? I dont know who/what to believe :-P

It doesn't sound like this: Information from a Live NWS Melbourne, FL Broadcast

.....include take the relocation and in at least some regard, more importantly the slowdown from 24 mph at 5 AM and 8 AM Eastern to 18 mph at 11 AM, although the broadcast was after the 11:00 AM Advisory was in.
