We Got Snow Here in Southeast Texas!!!

#1 Postby southerngale » Tue Apr 01, 2003 11:26 am

I can't believe it but we got snow here in Southeast Texas. I woke up early to a nice layer of snow....enough to make snowballs!! It warmed up and melted but boy was I excited when I got up!! We had a blast this morning. :D

We set a record low on Sunday morning so I never let my "snow wishcast" die completely.

I wonder if ticka got it too.

hehehehhhe

It got to 85 degrees today. However there is a trick to that, reverse that number and 58 was the actual high.

That's my small april fool joke of the day.

LOL!

JQ..."LYING" is such a harsh word! It was just an April Fool's Joke. And actually, the joke's on ME...I still never got any snow!! WAH-WAH-WAH

Well, glad to see I sorta fooled a few people... :D
That's the fun part.

However, I was telling the truth about the record low here on Sunday morning. We set a record low of 34° - wow!! It's usually summer weather here by now. The old record was 35° set in 1989.

LOL! It was almost believable, because of the record temps you just had. Maybe snow will dump on you next year, SG.
