The track keeps fluxuating between onshore and offshore...
By then, how strong will it be (assuming a strong 2, minor 3)? Thoughts?
we know Charley's hitting Florida, but who's next?

keeping a close watch
I know I'm not taking my eyes off Charley.
A little deviation to the right after landfall on the western coast of Florida, and it could be back over water with time to re-strengthen and slam into the Carolinas...which it seems has been a hot spot for landfalls the last few years.
