Hi everyone. We're well on our way of seeing our first 80 degree day of 2003. It's already 72 at BWI Airport just south of Baltimore and climbing. Fredrick, Maryland is 77 degrees. But near the Chesapeake Bay at Annapolis, the Naval Academy is only 54 degrees because the bay temperature is in the mid 40s now. Big contrast from near the water to just inland.
It should reach 80 degree today away from the bay with mid 60s near the water.
