Winds 130kn. gust to 150kn. I didn't think Saipan was ever in the eyewall

Once again I have to point out these islands are hit on a fairly routine basis.

Don't project what would happen to a mainland US location in a similar storm on to these islands.

They suffer damage but there's an advantage in being hit THAT often, in terms of construction that can stand it, etc.
