UNITED STATES IS ASSOCIATED WITH A WEAK LOW PRESSURE AREA ALONG AN
OLD FRONTAL SYSTEM. SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATE THAT PRESSURES
ARE HIGH IN THE AREA AND DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...SHOULD BE SLOW TO
OCCUR.
