Well, it is south of a developing ridge, so that tells me it will move slowly to the west at first, then more rapidly. It seems odd to be saying this, but it will probably interact a lot with TD 7. I'm not really familiar with blocking and Fujiwara and such, but I see a general westward path and some interaction with the storm just off the coast. It could even move in a few days after TD 7, assuming it develops. Odds are looking pretty good now. Storms can sometimes have a way of benefitting from closeby TS, especially if the outflow jet can act to ventilate the adjacent storm. This can also prevent development sometimes. It could even get caught in a little eddy between the ridge and the approaching trough - that would keep it pretty stationary for a while. Lots of ifs, and I don't really feel confident in making any conclusions just yet.
