I'm not really expecting much out of this (~60kts), but I do want to note that rapid deepening is a possibility over the Gulf Stream should shear enhance outflow enough--particularly between 48 and 72 hours.

I won't be around to discuss for awhile today, since I'll be in Raleigh...hopefully I'll be back in time to do a Frances by 4PM, because I definitely see some things I want to say with that.
