Honestly...

The strength of the ridge steering Frances is in question in days 4 & 5, but do the dynamics potentially change if Frances strengthens from current 120 mph winds to Cat. 4 or stronger while it maintains a faster westerly movement? Could a stronger hurricane actually "enhance" the subtropical ridge causing the ridge to build further to the west?
