Tornadic supercells can be "right-turners"; hurr.
I was wondering if anyone knew the specific reason why very strong tornadic supercells can become "right-turners" and defy their normal directional steering currents. And then, is it possible that a very powerful hurricane can veer to the left, against the normal high and low pressure steering currents? And what would cause it? Thanks much.
