leave florida now?

i've had plans for a few months to go to washington d.c. for labor day weekend, leaving thursday out of ft. lauderdale and coming back monday night. does anyone think the airport will be open by then if the storm were to follow the forecasted track models? thanks!!

Unless the airport is destroyed I would think that they would be back on schedule by Monday. :-)
