Key Largo Dave.....

What are they doing about possible evacs in the Keys? I am thinking about hauling ass this am and heading to Key West, possibly the safest place in the state this time. I will leaving from north of Ft. Myers. Still think this has a chance of coming in S of WPB.

I dont know where to go in FL at this point. I was thinking of the Keys too, but I think they are trying to get rid of people there. Let us know where you think we should go? I'm in Pompano Beach (Ft. Lauderdale)

I'm going to Homestead because that was the only place I could find a hotel that was available, allows pets and was away from the projected landfall. I figured if it looks like it will hit there, I will just stay here. Not sure if I did the right thing but feel much more comfy being there than in Delray Beach right now.
