.SUNDAY...PARTLY CLOUDY. LOWS IN THE LOWER 60S. HIGHS IN THE UPPER
70S. SOUTH WINDS 5 TO 10 MPH SHIFTING TO THE EAST 10 TO 15 MPH
DURING THE DAY.
.MONDAY...PARTLY CLOUDY WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS THEN MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS DURING THE DAY. LOWS IN THE LOWER 60S. HIGHS IN THE
UPPER 70S. EAST WINDS 15 TO 20 MPH.
.TUESDAY...WINDY. MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS. LOWS IN THE LOWER 60S. HIGHS IN THE UPPER 70S. EAST

I doubt that Yoda...and even if it were possible it's WAY too early to make a wind speed call for Tuesday.
