If upper level winds become more favorable for development in the next 24 hours, at least we would have another tropical depression in the Atlantic. Fortunately, this one is moving northward.

In terms of having of a LLC yes. But the thunderstorms are far displaced NE from it, as you can see in this image from NRL.

I wouldn't mind having some action that wouldn't affect anyone. Bring it on Jeanne, just as long as you stay out to sea.
