12Z Eta north to...
Jacksonville in 60 hours. It becomes a battle of the ridges....one to the east...one to the west. I prefer to think the incoming western trough will strengthen the western ridge enough to still push Frances into Florida. The Eta takes her right along the Gulf Stream then cuts her into Jacksonville. Let the nightmares and headaches continue.
