Let there be peace in this room
And let is begin with me
Let there be peace in this room
The peace the moderators meant to be

With our internet providers
Brothers all are we
forcasting with each other
In perfect harmony

Let peace begin right now let this be my solem vow
With every the post I make
Well thought out and flameless somehow

To listen to each other
And Question each other
In ways most civaly

Let there be peace on the board
And let it begin with me

seahawkjd - well at least you tried posting it 'over there'. Pawlee you're not missing much. I know things will calm down again and people will be cordial. But I will warn others, you know how it says the Political Board isn't for the weak of heart, well.......chat is becoming that way too! I still go but other than a quick hi, I don't post. I want to read the latest about Frances anyway. But tempers are short in there and well, just be warned of that from me.

Jeremy - I did, I saw with my own eyes what you posted over in the US Weather Watch Forum! Sure hope the fireworks can go on....but I'm sure the rain won't come as early as Sunday evening will it?

Mary

PS - speaking of chat, I'm going in. If I don't hear from me, come looking for me okay? LOL

Well, I had to eat my words, chat behavior was cordial. I was surprised but glad to see it. Who knows what tonight will bring though, being a TGIF kinda night and Frances looming off shore.

I hope the Frances remnant rains hold off for you and Jeremy and the other Ohio Valleyians for your Labor Day weekend celebrations!

NC could see rain from Frances remnants by Tuesday and Wednesday...
primarily western and central NC (Raleigh and westward).

Eric

This is the Sunday/Monday forecast:

Sunday. Partly cloudy. Patchy dense fog early. Highs in the upper 80s. Light and variable winds in the morning. Becoming southeast 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.

Sunday night. Partly cloudy in the evening. Then clearing. Lows in the mid 60s. Southeast winds around 10 mph.

Labor day. Mostly sunny in the morning. Then becoming partly cloudy. Patchy fog in the morning. Highs in the upper 80s. Southeast winds 10 to 15 mph.

Monday night. Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 60s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.

Looks like it doesn't go downhill here until Wednesday/Thursday:

Wednesday. A chance of thunderstorms through the day. A chance of showers in the morning. Then showers likely in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 70s. Chance of rain 60 percent.

Wednesday night. Heavy showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms. Lows in the mid 60s. Chance of rain 60 percent.

Thursday. Mostly cloudy in the morning. Then becoming partly cloudy. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs around 80. Chance of rain 50 percent.

Not good for me...do NOT need any more rain, it made me sicker this week than I've been all summer really. :(

Thanks seahawkjd! That was very nice!

I'm not sure who moved it, but in HH, it'll likely to get lost with the amount of posts over there.
