I so agree. You are doing a wonderful job. First of all, thanks so so so much for having this forum for us. What a generous and truly wonderful thing. And then, of course, thanks for dealing with all the increased traffic you must be feeling and doing all you can to keep this us. I'll be forever grateful. Bravo!

We all are Siobhan!

hurricane lover - If you are having a problem with a particular person, we'd really rather have the members try to resolve it via pm's first and keep arguments, etc. off the boards. If you are having further problems, by all means contact a Mod or an Admin about it. The problem is that as soon as a discussion gets out of hand, we're going to look at who's involved and send warnings to them and probably remove or lock that thread. It's not fair to the rest of the members that are looking for information to be subjected to petty bickering and it really doesn't reflect well on this website. During events like these, we don't have time to babysit every thread and we expect people to act like adults and respect each other.

I still say there are way too many frivolous topics.
Between 1 pm and 9pm, this board racked up 3 pages of topics!!
Many topics only have 3 to 5 responses.

How many ways can you people talk about Hurricane Frances and TS Ivan??

Cool hurricane lover! :D

Thanks Kelly!

TLHR - we're all sitting here waiting for any kind of information about Frances. If she kept moving the way she was two days ago, she'd be over Florida now. As it is, there's nothing else to talk about except to discuss possibilities, theories, etc.
