#1 Postby andrew_the_beast » Sat Sep 04, 2004 8:02 pm

this can still go to 125+ sustained if it keeps hanging around like this. PRESSURE dropping and storms exploding on the southern side of eye which will ONLY curve up into the northern and fil the EYE WALL!! i feel sorry for the central Florida cause this is going nowhere quickly. comments?

Local Tampa met thinks they will adjust everything at eleven. The pressure is too low for 105.

Pasco's comment: I hate Frances with the white hot intensity of a thousand suns!!! This sadistic bit-h is ripping up our east coast and then she's coming to drown the rest of us up the peninsula with 20 freaking inches of rain and 60-70 mph winds. And she decides she's just going to drag her fat lazy butt across the state at 5 mph. At this rate, between Charley and Frances we'll be lucky if the entire peninsula isn't reclaimed by the sea.

Tom Terry (Orlando WFTV) is seeing a drop in pressure
(he kept the 951 report) and increase in windspeed,
westerly motion.
