Buoy from earlier...

Here is a link to the buoy reports from the buoy that was in the eye earlier. Pressure is up around .3 Inches and the buoy is now experiencing the heaviest winds of the day. Sustained at over hurricane with gusts to around 90 from the south... http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/station_page.php?station=SPGF1

Good eye MW98GT. I was just about to post that. That has to be a sure sign of strengthening.

It looks like Frances is drifing west again. The eye wall is clipping the coast now.
