So..the upper low in the E Carib...
Why hasn't the NHC mentioned the TUTT low in the Caribbean? Pull up a water vapor loop and it's plainly evident that Ivan is quickly gaining longitude on this feature, yet the NHC has ignored it in the discussions, keeping Ivan a 150MPH hurricane until Hispaniola. Is there something they see that we don't?
