I just went to the government weather service site for Jamaica and the images haven't been updated since 9/6. Maybe due to the strike by the meteorologists?

i'm not trying to clog the thread here....but are you being serious that the mets went on strike down there right before/during hurricane season?

Yes. They are threatening to do it right now.

They probably won't have a radar after tomorrow night. :(
