...once again Mr. Ivan has shown an affinity for avoiding land masses, "sidestepping" around the tip of Cuba and immediately going into one of his now famous stairsteps ( to the North this time).
BTW, the NW quad is building back, and the eye seems to be contracting again (sigh!).
