WEAR tv is reporting that the coast road between Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach is heavily damaged already. No surprise since the road is maybe 4-5 feet above sea level on a calm day. Wonder if they're going to rebuild it again.

My Mom called from Michigan. She said Jim Cantore is broadcasting from just across the street from their condo in Destin.

Yes yzerfan they will rebuild it again. They have everytime it has been damaged or destroyed in the 50 years that I have lived on the Gulf coast. I grew up on those beaches(lived in GB) and my Mom lives in Niceville.
