Dvorak T numbers -- question for Professional Mets

#1 Postby Windy » Wed Sep 15, 2004 11:34 pm

Any professional mets out there know how to read these images? I see no discernable scale on the NHS Dvorak product. Or, at least, the numbers at the bottom seem to correspond to temperatures, not T numbers.

Thanks!

Overall t-numbers..especially in weaker/developing systems are more about pattern and banding and less about cloud temps.

This may help...made this chart years ago....
