Jeanne with each passing hour is becoming beter organized. Since back over water ther has been a marked increase in convection on the se side of the circulation. Jeanne wants to develop. Tonight should be interesting....

She looked like she was dead when she first emerged from the coast, but if you zoom in very close, you can see some low-level banding appear to redevelop in the past two hours or so. The next key will be whether she can start redeveloping and re-firing convection over or near her center. I think she'll need some inflow from the SE to accomplish this ... and that could happen once she gets about 50 miles or more to the NW or W.
