Jeanne Looks almost stalled... and ..wind shear??

Is it just me or does this storm appear to be stalled over Hispaniola?

Can't tell if its the islands or maybe some wind shear but appears
everthing is being blown to the east away from the center...or whats
left of it.

Mountains + wind shear (if present) = good.

Thoughts?

Looks like shear but I suspect that it's just a powerful outflow. Western half convection is almost nil, but LLC is clearly still intact. As storm drifts away from Hisp. convection will likely fill in. She's not done.
