No name yet, not even a depression, but it appears there is a low with a low-level circulation off the Florida coast, associated convection moving WSW, possibility of organization after crossing the peninsula and reaching the Gulf of Mexico.

Well, it is 94L invest. That is a start. Winds are 30 miles per hour, and it looks decent on satellite. Good sites KeyLargoDave.

I read somewhere that its a cold core system?? When it turns warm core will they upgrade to a tropical depression?

If it has low-level circulation, it's warm-core, AFAIK. Depression designation depends on pressure/winds. Anyone have a definition link?
