Of Jeanne being a repeat of Fran in 1996 for the Raleigh,NC area? Thought Jeanne wasn't going to bother anyone but after watching this morning's news, looks like things have changed. Does Jeanne have the potiental to become a Major hurricane? Thanks in advance.

some potential. nhc has backed off some on the major shear. but sst's are cool off nc coast
