Hurricanes and Modular Home Question
I have a 1999 triple wide modular home. It was built to a certain code for my area. It says it will take sustained winds at 100 mph. Should I believe that??

I don't know
I had a single wide mobile home in Conway located in Horry County when Hugo hit, That was rated for the same standards and it survived without a problem, although we were 90 miles north of you the area had a tremendous hit. All i can say is that if the winds are above 105, and it is moving slow I would not stay, the trees that fell down here was the biggest problem.
