Model Opinion Poll

Which model right now is more out to lunch -

GFDL / GFS underestimating the ridge?

-or-

NOGAPS possibly overestimating the strenghth of the high?


UKMET seems like a better model right now, at least to me.

I think the 18z upper air samplings seem to reflect the NOGAPS track.
