Jeanne starting to make turn
WNW movement clearly evident on Tampa loop. Looks like Jeanne is taking a track north of Tampa. Were have I seen this movie before?.....MGC

Yeah, I couldn't believe how much Frances affected the BAy. At the approach of Frances it sucked water out of the Bay. PEople were actually walking out well into the Bay where there normally would be water. And then Downtown Tampa had flooding at least 3 blocks inland alond with SHore Acres and Snell isle in St. PEte. God forbid when a Cat. 3 +hits the Bay again head on.

Last couple of SAT images and radar imagery also appear to be slowing Jeanne down some ... another indication that Jeanne maybe beginning to turn ...

It's been moving WNW for the past few hours. Storms don't just turn on a dime, turns are gradual.
