Lisa a hurricane again

That is one tenacious storm. It should become extratropical in about 24 hours, though. It's been an interesting finale with Lisa.

It is over 23c=73 degrees waters at this moment...I wonder how much lower can it go before the storm starts to weaken?

This not good news for us here in the U.K.

the more longer this system keeps it's strength, the more rain this storm will dump on us.

I think in some places we will get 5 inches in 24 hours, which for the UK is a massive total :(

I also think we are going to 75Mph gusts in exposed places as well.

This storm is starting to get me interested...I wonder if it can hold its own all the way? http://vortex.plymouth.edu/sat.irE3_an.gif

Perhaps it will make it further than anticipated - it doesn't look like it is weakening much.

It's very likely strengthening from baroclinic sources, so I don't expect it to continue to do so as a tropical system.

Since the system is so small, it should merge with an extratropical cyclone very soon. Therefore, I don't think there will be a major threat to the UK as far as rainfall from it. Rainfall that does reach you, should come from the extratropical system that will absorb it.
