(Hampton, VA) -- It was a happy homecoming yesterday at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton as 12 pilots from the 71st Fighter Squadron returned from enforcing the no-fly zone over Iraq. The F-15C Eagles are among 20 jets and more than a thousand support personnel who left Hampton Roads February 14th for Southwest Asia. About 200 of those maintenance and support members will follow the pilot's return, although an exact date has not been announced
Some good news for a few local pilots

Hey Brenda,
I just can't wait for the day when it's Mike arriving back at Langley....if I have the money and granny's doing well, I'd love to be standing there to shake his hand and give him a big hug
Mike seems like a younger brother to me....he's a good guy; I'm very honored to call him a friend--and am praying for his safety daily..
btw - Mike is likely to young to remember, but my first cousin was also a Lieutenant at Langley about 20 years ago-- 1st Lt. Kerry Nolen from Morristown, Tennessee.
Thanks for the information Brenda...God Bless you!
