Agree or disagree?

IMO, Billy Joel has written several songs as poetic as Dylan. The example in the article "Mr. Tambourine Man" is good. But, I guess since I'm not a fan, I just don't get the whole drift of the song. I know -- it could be about his drug dealer, it could be about Mardi Gras (those are the two explanations I've heard). But a Nobel prize for it?
