Effects of Matthew @ Landfall
I live near BR LA and look to be getting the last little shower as of now on radar. Its has rained since Thurs morn. at my house non-stop. Looking at radar the rain shield is pushing more east due to shear. My question is once Matthew or whatever is left of him comes ashore can we here in S. LA expect to get another round of heavy rain. We already have Flood Warnings up for the local rivers.? Thanks.
