NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
530 PM EDT MON OCT 25 2004

FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

A LARGE EXTRATROPICAL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS CENTERED ABOUT 500
MILES EAST-NORTHEAST OF BERMUDA. THIS SYSTEM HAS REMAINED NEARLY
STATIONARY RODAY...WHILE SEVERAL LOW-LEVEL CYCLONIC SWIRLS HAVE
BEEN MOVING COUNTER-CLOCKWISE AROUND THE PERIPHERY OF THE LARGER
LOW PRESSURE AREA. NONE OF THE SMALLER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS SHOW
ANY SIGN OF SUBTROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION AT THIS TIME. ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND IN HIGH SEAS FORECASTS ISSUED BY THE OCEAN
PREDICTION CENTER...UNDER AWIPS HEADER NFDHSFAT1 AND WMO HEADER
FZNT01 KWBC.

A TROPICAL WAVE...ACCOMPANIED BY A WEAK LOW PRESSURE AREA...IS
MOVING SLOWLY WESTWARD ACROSS THE WINDWARD ISLANDS AND THE
NORTHEASTERN COAST OF VENEZUELA. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE BRIEF PERIODS OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
AND GUSTY WINDS TONIGHT AND TUESDAY ACROSS THE SOUTHEASTERN
CARIBBEAN SEA AND ADJACENT LAND AREAS. THERE ARE NO SIGNS
OF TROPICAL CYCLONE DEVELOPMENT.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
TUESDAY.

LOL people are going to go nuts this off season if they follow any kind of convection. Mostly all of the convection from here on out will be caused from a Trough. Yes we do have a wave in the area but this time of year you need nearly perfect conditions to get development thats why the season ends in the Atlantic.
