I usually put up mine the day after Thanksgiving. Maybe this weekend, though!!

Went up the day BEFORE Thanksgiving! Still working on outside lights though, as several of them don't work.

The outside stuff went up last weekend. Since it looks like a very rainy weekend in Houston, I'm guessing the inside decorations will get put up tomorrow. Still debating on whether or not do have a tree this year. We have a 1.5 year old pup still in the chewing stage so I'm leaning toward NOT!

But you did plug it in at least. Maybe I should drive to Pascagoula to see it!

A couple of my neighbors put up this BIG display every year. It is just so beautiful. I will get a picture for yas later today if I can manage it.

I usually have my 10,000 lights up by Thanksgiving but not this year. No lights and no tree for us.

I've been setting my decorations up throughout the week. A litte here, a little there. Got the tree up too. The only part left is the outside lights. Ohhh Chad.... ;)

What we have is already up and glowing...Debi got into her "deck-the-halls" frenzy earlier this week.

Now, it looks like a horde of elvish Smurfs lives here.

We won't be putting up any thing here since my hubby can 't get up and down a ladder with out pain in his knees, son Todd can't be doing it because he ahs a bad hip due to osteoposriasis from kidney disease. Grandson keeps asking when we are going to get the holiday decorations up and he doesn't even know what they are.

We are having a new house built and need to sell ours. We thought it would be a good idea not having all the lights on the house and yard decorations. You can see pictures of my display here from years past. They are a few thousand lights short of last years display though.
