North Alabama is in really bad shape. They got pounded by flooding twice in the last 2 weeks and the rivers are still high and now this. We've been luckier down here. It did rain for awhile yesterday afternoon and last night, but it wasn't a heavy rain, just a general soaker. Been dry all day today. Looks like a squall line will come through tomorrow and clear this mess out. The problem north of here has been training of heavy rain over the same areas.
