This Nor Easter I predict may be much BIGGER than thought

Look at the maps. The gradients. How far down the polar jets dips and the flow of the new air mass influencing and how it is pushing the fairly moderate mass out. There are signs of that low off Carolina on the home page satellite of this forum....

Guys,I forecast-

DC- 4"
Phila- 3"-5"
Coast-2" or less.

Long Island to NE.....

1' to 2' easily....

I think you are way too high around D.C. I would rather see your forecast verify, but more like 1 inch in D.C. looks to be more reasonable.

Looking at the am discussion out of Boston NWS they feel the QPF will be a little higher but only forecasting 4-7 in. in heaviest belt in eastern Mass. Was wondering where how you feel 1-2ft. will pan out?
