Raleigh, NC checking in

It's 1:05 PM EST and the temperature in 45F with a wind chill of 40F. Humidity is 64% and dew point is 33%. Wind is out of the NNW at 9 mph. Barometric pressure is 29.29 inHg. It's over cast...no snow or rain yet.
