Anyone else feeling this cold across the northeast? Its bitterly here in Watertown, NY today. Right now (2:01 pm) the temperature is -9, the wind chill is -20, and the dew point is -22. Our low this morning was -15 and our high so far has been -8.
NWS is calling for above average temps next week, though.
