DALLAS, Texas (KXAS NBC 5) -- More than a dozen Dallas County Jail inmates are under quarantine because of a flu outbreak, NBC 5 reported.
At least 24 inmates were moved to the jail's west tower after several of them came down with the flu.
The University of Texas medical branch in charge of inmate health care imposed the quarantine.
Doctors said they expect the flu cases to run their course and the quarantine to be lifted in about a week.
