ship duty

I remember my dad holding me during thunderstorms and telling me
thunder is caused by the clouds bumping together. I believe my interest
in WX really kicked in while being stationed on a Navy destroyer for 4
years and seeing the ocean like glass or wild 40 footers. *Baaarrrf*
