Yes, I saw that blob earlier on another map and was like, "Oh my, what's up with the big blob??? :eek:

It's an MCS, or Mesoscale Convective System, that unfortunately seems to have lost it's punch...and rain :grrr: as it moves downstream in the direction of the Gulf Coast. :(

Whoever made that post about thunderstorms coming South into Loiusiana and they disipate they are correct.The Louisiana state line must have dynomat on it which destoys hurricanes.
