I used to be a Co-manager at a local Grocery store. Well one of our new managers wen't to order water. Well he was trying to be lazy and not go look at the product so he ordered what had been ordered the year before. The problem was is that the year before Hurricane Danny had hit, therefor we had ordered large amounts of water. needless to say we had to reduce the price of water for about two months. We had about 15 pallets of water in the back room.    The reason he was ordering from the year before is that we always looked at the amount sold from the year before to get an estimate on how much to order this year.
