Water from the SKY - Finally!!!

#1 Postby breeze » Wed Jun 01, 2005 7:43 pm

In May, it only rained ONE day in this area - about 1/4",
on the 15th. The dust was flying, and, the gardens look
awful! Watering with the hose just wasn't working. It
started raining after midnight, last night, and, we've had
3/4" of rain today - the gardens are wet! Woo-Hoooo!!!
Another 1/2" predicted for tonight! I haven't heard ONE
soul complain about getting wet, all day...

Knoxville was rather wet in April, but I left May 8th and it was just starting to dry up quite a bit. Good to hear you're getting some agua now!

You'll see more wet weather in Seattle, cswitwer,
for sure.

More rain, this evening - it's pouring, right now!
(Went out and fed my dog, just in time!)
I went out and scouted the veg garden and flower
gardens, earlier, and, they may actually make it...
TN is getting some much-needed rain, and, as of today,
I haven't heard ONE person complaining about it.

YIPEEEE!!
